I had my main bathroom renovated by Designline Kitchen and Bathroom in 2018. I was very impressed with the job. This time, I had them to make a new ensuite in the main bedroom. The work was carried out on time and according to schedule. All the trades notified us ahead of time and turned up on time. The cost was very competitive and the finishes were immaculate. I first contracted Designline to completely renovate my two bathrooms and laundry.They ran the job so efficiently that I decided to employ them again for a full renovation of my kitchen and to also demolish a wall to make my living space bigger.Designline took care of everything including the engineering.Before each project started, Designline would give me a work schedule so I was able to see what was happening and when it would happen.Their reliability was outstanding as was their communication throughout all the works.I would not hesitate to recommend Designline. We had two bathrooms renovated by Designline and so we were down to an ensuite for four adults so to have the job completed when promised was very important for us. Jackson's scheduling and resource allocation was spot on and even adjusted for extra work required for an unexpected structural issue. Jessica followed up at the end of each week to check on any issues with any concerns quickly addressed. Having had problems with paint on waterproofing in the past I feel much more confident in the waterproofing system used by Jackson. All up very happy with the design and quality of work and would highly recommend Designline.

I’ve just had my kitchen remodelled by Jackson’s team and I am extremely happy with the results. It turned out better than imagined. The team of tradies that came and did their part left my house spotless once they were finished so there was no clean up each evening to have to tackle.The entire experience was so easy and relaxed. There were no pressures to buy top of the line and Barry designed a wonderful kitchen within my budget. The time from deciding on a design to the job being completed was quick. The efficiency in which the trades were scheduled to come and work their magic was outstanding.Working full time and entrusting my house to strangers each day whilst I was at work was a worry initially but Jessica soon put my mind at ease. I never got to meet half of the tradies that came through but I put 100% trust in them and I was not disappointed. Designline have just finished rebuilding our kitchen. We couldn't be happier. The results have exceeded expectations. The quality, service, efficiency, and ease of communication makes them very easy to recommend.We had to completely knock down and rebuild our old kitchen - primarily because we needed to design a lock-up butler's pantry to limit access to food by our special needs child, but also because it was rubbish. Their designer and sales consultant, Barry, drafted multiple designs to consider. The pricing was reasonable, determined more by the materials selected. A check at comparable pricing from competitors showed they were neither cheap nor expensive. What they did do was facilitate a professional, streamlined and personable process for the complete rebuild. They were open and clear about what was expected by us, and how and when we needed to participate (e.g. arranging to choose tiles, bench-tops and cabinetry, appliances etc). No question was too stupid to answer, and they were always helpful but never pushy.They took exactly 5 weeks across Aug-Sep 2019. They scheduled all the contractors themselves - people they trusted and who were known to be excellent. No one was late, schedules were kept. They were always courteous and cooperative. They cleaned up everything afterwards.We have hosted multiple events since - two which have had over 35 people each! The kitchen meets our every need. Everyone comments on how good it looks. We highly recommend Designline at Padstow.Special thanks to Barry, Barry-the-Gyprocker, Garry, Sam-the-Tiler, Jackson, Jessica and especially Geoff (favourite of the dog and special needs child).

Jackson and his team renovated our main bathroom. We were very happy with the result and with the process to get there. From the start, Jackson and the team were professional, well-organised and knowledgeable. We got good advice on choosing the PC items and the firm's recommended suppliers were excellent. The job went to plan. All the tradies were timely and efficient, and when there were a couple of small things that needed to be followed up, this was done quickly and effectively with no fuss. Used Designline to renovate our kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet. Planning and design was completed easily with no issues by Jackson and Barry and the range of layouts and products available was brilliant. We were in a unit on the first floor and we anticipated some issues but the team at Designline were professional and had dealt with them all before which put us at ease.Once the layout and materials were settled upon the schedule of works was prepared. Due to the scope of the work being done we were required to move out so we wanted it completed on time and as soon as possible without compromising finish and, Jackson and the team met their delivery schedule ahead of time.Renovations never go according to plan and there were a number of issues that required further discussion and mediation throughout the project but this is where I rate the team most highly. Jackson or a suitable team member always returned calls and emails answering my concerns and rectified any issues we had as soon as possible.The end result is something quite unique and special for my wife and I and, with the help of this team, made our unit the functional modern unit we had dreamed of.The whole construction team were clean and professional and the finished product in each and every room is more than we could have expected in such an old unit.Special mention to the Electrician Andrew with whom I had a number of meetings to ensure our electrical layout would work as we had envisaged. Andrews assistance was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He returned after completion of the project and ensured we were happy with the finished product.Designline rate so highly for mine as they used qualified trades with great customer service skills on my job. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Just had our bathroom rennovation completed by the Designline team. We've been customers of Designline in the past, and we didn't hesitate to go back to them this time. Just as before, this project was well managed, and ran pretty much without a hitch. Everyone turned up when they were scheduled to, and little details were taken care of without us having to follow up. Communication with the team was straightforward and any queries we had were followed up quickly. The finished product is exactly what we wanted, and was delivered on time and to budget. Will go with them again for future projects, for sure.

We chose Designline to renovate our two bathrooms after obtaining a number of quotes from other bathroom renovation companies. We became aware of Designline from friends who had their bathrooms renovated by Designline a number of years ago which are still looking great. From the quoting process through to the completion of the bathrooms we found Jackson and his team to be easy to work with and very responsive to any requests. All the tradesman utilised were extremely professional and courteous. Protection was laid prior to work commencing on the surrounds of the work area and each day the area was tidied. Every day we knew exactly who was going to be on the job and if we had any questions we had contact numbers. If there was any change to the work plan we were contacted. Jackson and his team took the stress out of doing bathroom renovations. We are delighted with our bathrooms and would recommend Designline unreservedly.
