We found Designline a very easy company to deal with. Answered all our questions prior to commencement and their tradesmen were all professional and left little or no mess, which made the process much easier. Our new kitchen is a pleasure to work in. Special mention to Victoria & Jessica (thanks for the laughs ladies) who made the process even more enjoyable.

I first heard about Designline Kitchens & Bathrooms through my colleague, Jo Vanderkley, after seeing her kitchen. I was still in the process of saving, but decided to contact them before reaching my savings goal. Barry came out and assessed everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed, and he's a real straight-shooter. He made recommendations we hadn't even considered, which is exactly what you want from an expert. For example, he advised us on the number of cooktops we needed on the induction cooktop and the optimal placement of drawers and cupboards in the pantry, just to name a couple. We are huge Barry fans! In the finished kitchen, there is even the perfect spot for a stool under the sink, to the right of the bin :-) Jessica and Victoria were wonderful in coordinating the entire process. They were always polite, positive, and responsive. Jessica, in particular, remained calm under pressure. There were variables and surprises along the way due to the nature of my property, but the team knew how to navigate these challenges and keep the project on track. They don't simply take the easiest option; they carefully consider the best option within reason. I was especially anxious about having my dream pink kitchen with parrot wallpaper. Would the pink work? What if I'd chosen the wrong colour? But don't be afraid to pursue what you really want. It turned out beautifully, and I genuinely can't find fault with anything. Thank you to Jessica, Victoria, Barry, Shane, Garri, and all of the tradespeople and contacts involved. Everyone played a valuable part in bringing my dream kitchen to life. See you when I've saved up for the bathroom!

I found Designline Kitchens & Bathrooms by sheer chance after googling a kitchen company I had used previously. Having read through all their reviews and negative comments, a few reviewers then thanked that questionable company for helping them stumble across Designline down the road. These reviewers then gave rave reviews about the excellent service and quality they experienced after engaging Designline for their jobs. What stood out for me is that although Designline advertise as a kitchen and bathroom company, they are actually experienced builders who can handle all renovation work including structural work. Our renovation job required structural changes due to our full brick home and a few other builders were apprehensive about taking on this challenge. Jackson and his team including Barry, Gary, Jessica, Valeria, Victoria, Craig and Sam are a small team but incredibly capable of amazing things and certainly were not scared to take on the challenge. With Barry focused on the kitchen design and Jackson focussed on the bathrooms and overall project management of our renovation, the job went pretty well given the variations that occurred as we amended our plans. Jackson was excellent at sticking to his project plan and timeline despite our “self-inflicted” variations and overall the finish date was only 2-3 weeks out which is pretty impressive. In fact I was amazed with how cool, calm and collected Jackson was whenever there was an unexpected change or issue, as he was never phased or never showed it! With the renovation impacted by other contractors on site the team pro-actively worked on accommodating the other contractors and even assisting, so we are incredibly grateful for their patience and flexibility accommodating the other tradies which I’m sure was extremely frustrating. The renovation work completed was excellent and we are thankful to have been so lucky to have found this company because their high standards of quality and attention to detail Is something you don’t often find. Jackson’s focus on the client and their ultimate happiness and satisfaction is to be respected. There is nothing he would not try and help with whether sharing advice, recommendations or even jumping in on the tools (OMG the tiles 😅) to get the work done on time and assist with our home (even when it was sometimes outside his scope of works). Designline renovated our kitchen, flooring (tiling & timber), 5 bathrooms, cornices, laundry and wardrobes. The quality of their trades and contractors are excellent and their sub-contractors also upheld Jackson’s high standard of excellence, professionalism and customer service. We are really happy with how our renovation turned out and we now have a beautiful family home. It did not go without some hiccups and challenges which is normal, but what is important is that Jackson and his team are so customer focussed they go out of their way to respond and try to rectify any issues even if minor. It’s that customer focus and attention to detail that sets them apart, whether from their own building app for client information, to weekly check-in phone calls from lovely Jessica for any updates or queries. Nothing was ever a trouble for the team. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jackson & the Designline team to any potential clients looking for Kitchen, Bathroom and/or all renovation work because nothing is impossible for Jackson and his team. We would definitely engage Designline for any future renovation work if they can put up with us (or actually my husband lol) for another job! The prime consideration when renovating is not only that your contractor will supply you a high quality finished product but whether they are able to meet the challenges of what may become evident during the process. All renovations will have some issues but we had them all and more than our fair share. Designline recently completed full renovations of our bathroom, laundry and retiling of our sunroom floor. We have renovated our entire house over the last 40 years and what we faced this time was a great challenge to say the least. We had 3 quotes and made the decision to use Jackson as we strongly believed he was the right choice for us. During the renovation process we encountered a number of serious issues which included, tiling issues where our floor and wall tiles were not lining up (11mm out) coupled with the issue of the tiles being warped. The fix for this was to only use the large size tile everywhere and use 3-4 times the amount of glue and clamp every tile to make them sit correctly. Jackson and his team assisted in acquiring replacement tiles and extra tiles needed. The tiler is an exceptional craftsman whose workmanship is second to none. However our biggest obstacle was yet to be revealed. During the demolition of the laundry and sunroom floor it was discovered that we had serious water and structural damage. At this point most bathroom renovators would have been incapable or unwilling to continue the job. To Jackson’s credit he went away and spent time working through each and every problem that arose. To give you some context, the roof had to be supported, concrete had to be removed, all exterior and interior walls removed, new reinforced concrete floor, exterior and interior waterproofing, new doors and new windows, new exterior and interior walls, new bluboard and rendering of the exterior. This was an enormous adjustment to our original contract. As we have previously stated Jackson assured us that he would find a way to fix the problems and would not walk away or leave us with no possibility of an outcome. To Jackson’s credit all issues were eventually resolved and the finished product is amazing! We can’t thank him and his wonderful workers enough for getting us through a very stressful and difficult time! For all who may be considering a bathroom, kitchen or laundry renovation we highly recommend Jackson and his team at Designline. They are professional, polite and have great communication with clients and are always reliable. What more can you ask or expect but a job well done to the highest possible standard.

I highly recommend this company, the service is outstanding. My kitchen is wonderful, very, very happy with the work and all the tradesmen and everyone I dealt with were great workers and on time, good communication throughout my kitchen renovation. A very satisfied customer.

All staff were extremely helpful from Barry the salesman who offered great suggestions and actually listened to what we wanted, Jessica and Victoria informed us of every detail and supervisor Garri was also extremely helpful we love our new kitchen.

Designline completed the full renovation- more like a rebuild- of our kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet last month. They have done a first class job workmamship and quality components. Their designers are accessible during the 6 weeks projects and their support staff always followed up to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes. Highly recommended for renovation projects. Extremely happy with my new bathroom. I received a schedule of work and so I knew exactly what was happening each day. All trade men were so friendly, they answered all my questions happily and cleaned up each day. Jessica rang each week to confirm everything was going to plan and ensured that I didn't have any questions or concerns. Overall, I have a very beautiful bathroom with excellent work completed.

After working with Designline last year for a major and successful remodel of my kitchen, I did not bother to look elsewhere when deciding to remodel my en suite bathroom. I was not disappointed, as again they did a first class job and I am thrilled with the result. As a veteran of remodelling projects in the past, these projects have been the most smooth I have ever undertaken. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding, and the Tradespeople were always on schedule and very professional and courteous.
