Jessica and Victoria do a great job dealing with the overall day to day issues that arise as well as administrative issues. So thanks to them for that.

Hi Jackson, I wanted to say a HUGE Thank You to you and your team at Designline! I never really to got to say a final thank you to you all. You have transformed my house from a very average 80s style home - complete with onion pot kitchen tiles and terracotta bench tops - to a slick modern house. I absolutely love my bathroom and kitchen, and the transformed laundry into a second bathroom is so handy with a growing family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and even though there were little hiccups along the way, nothing was ever too much trouble and you fixed everything I wanted fixing. I have recommended you to so many friends and family and will continue to do so! Thank you one & all!

Just wanted say thanks to Jackson, Jessica and the team for exhibiting solid customer support. Like most who review work done by Designline, we were both happy with the result of our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite renovation and other work two years ago. However, no one has reported on customer support. When our recent bathroom wall tile issue occurred, it was fixed under warranty without any drama or hurdles. We're glad we chose your company. We engaged Designline to renovate two large bathrooms concurrently in our Federation house. We are very pleased with the result and the process getting there. A key to the success of the project is that Jackson Mikhael the designer was also the project manager and there was one person clearly in charge of the entire project from conception to completion. Any minor issue was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The office administration staff were helpful and efficient and there was excellent coordination and scheduling of the various trades. All the tradespeople involved were clearly committed to delivering a quality result. We would mention particularly the tilers who did an exceptional job in laying very large tiles from the floor to our 3m high ceilings. There was a huge amount of attention to detail. The in-house carpenters were skilled and the independent contractors who do most of the work for Designline worked as a team. Designline do not cut corners and do things the correct way. Their pricing is reasonable considering the work involved to achieve a quality and durable result. We would certainly use Designline again and in fact would not bother looking elsewhere. We recommend Designline unreservedly.

Over the past few years I have used the team from Designline to renovate several apartments that I buy to sell following an upgrade. Jackson Mikhael and his expert team of tradespeople take hold of the entire project from start to finish which always include a new kitchen & bathroom. As all renovation projects have those unplanned elements that need to be resolved on the fly, it's the sharp eye for detail that Jackson has that makes working with Designline a rewarding pleasure. We chose Designline to renovate our two bathrooms after obtaining a number of quotes from other bathroom renovation companies. We became aware of Designline from friends who had their bathrooms renovated by Designline a number of years ago which are still looking great. From the quoting process through to the completion of the bathrooms we found Jackson and his team to be easy to work with and very responsive to any requests. All the tradesman utilised were extremely professional and courteous. Protection was laid prior to work commencing on the surrounds of the work area and each day the area was tidied. Every day we knew exactly who was going to be on the job and if we had any questions we had contact numbers. If there was any change to the work plan we were contacted. Jackson and his team took the stress out of doing bathroom renovations. We are delighted with our bathrooms and would recommend Designline unreservedly.

I had my main bathroom renovated by Designline Kitchen and Bathroom in 2018. I was very impressed with the job. This time, I had them make a new ensuite in the main bedroom. It was another beautiful piece of work. We love our bathrooms everyday. Well done and thank you! Also, I enjoyed dealing with Jackson and his team. They were professional, honest and friendly... I’ve just had my kitchen remodelled by Jackson’s team and I am extremely happy with the results. It turned out better than imagined. The team of tradies that came and did their part left my house spotless once they were finished so there was no clean up each evening to have to tackle. The entire experience was so easy and relaxed. There were no pressures to buy top of the line and Barry designed a wonderful kitchen within my budget. The time from deciding on a design to the job being completed was quick. The efficiency in which the trades were scheduled to come and work their magic was outstanding. Working full time and entrusting my house to strangers each day whilst I was at work was a worry initially but Jessica soon put my mind at ease. I never got to meet half of the tradies that came through but I put 100% trust in them and I was not disappointed. Jackson has selected a great group of tradies to deliver a top notch product. It’s taken me 21 years to get my kitchen updated and I’m glad I found Designline in my local neighbourhood. I am now saving for Designline to come and remodel my bathroom. Designline were terrific! They helped us redesign our old laundry/bathroom. It wasn’t an easy job with uneven wall surfaces but with clever design we now have a beautiful new functional space. The work was carried out on time and according to schedule. All the trades notified us ahead of time and turned up on time. The cost was very competitive and the finishes were immaculate. We were very happy with the work and the people including Jackson and Jessica were helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I first contracted Designline to completely renovate my two bathrooms and laundry. They ran the job so efficiently that I decided to employ them again for a full renovation of my kitchen and to also demolish a wall to make my living space bigger. Designline took care of everything including the engineering. Before each project started, Designline would give me a work schedule so I was able to see what was happening and when it would happen. Their reliability was outstanding as was their communication throughout all the works. I would not hesitate to recommend Designline. I am very happy with the work they have done for me.

Designline kitchens and bathrooms were fantastic when they remodelled our kitchen. Jackson and his team were helpful and professional from designing to the completed kitchen. You knew every step of the way what was happening and what trade was arriving for the day via the timeline you are given at the start of the renovation. I highly recommend Designline Kitchens and Bathrooms for any renovation. They renovated my kitchen, bathroom and laundry and their work is magnificent. They were professional, friendly, very organised (and that's saying something coming from me, with my high expectations). They were responsive to my requests and actioned as soon as possible. They were across everything, even to the smallest detail. They are very honest and accountable. Can't praise them enough, to be honest. I would not go anywhere else if you want stress free renovations.

We had our ensuite, main bathroom, powder room, guest bathroom and laundry renovated by Designline Kitchens and Bathrooms. You really can’t go wrong with Designline. They listen, offer great suggestions and ultimately created our desired outcome. Jackson has a superb team in Garri, Trent, Jessica, Victoria and everyone who attended the renovation. They are punctual, have great work ethics and took the time to explain everything. Despite the challenges of Covid, Jackson and all his team - Barry, Jess, Victoria, Jeff and others worked extremely hard to bring about a lovely end result in a timely manner. We renovated the kitchen, bathroom and laundry and each room reflects careful workmanship and a desire to achieve the client's wishes. This is the second time we have used Designline and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are looking to undertake renovations or new projects.

We had two bathrooms renovated by Designline and so we were down to an ensuite for four adults so to have the job completed when promised was very important for us. Jackson's scheduling and resource allocation was spot on and even adjusted for extra work required for an unexpected structural issue. Jessica followed up at the end of each week to check on any issues with any concerns quickly addressed. Having had problems with paint on waterproofing in the past I feel much more confident in the waterproofing system used by Jackson. All up very happy with the design and quality of work and would highly recommend Designline.

From start to finish Designline did a fantastic job with our new kitchen. Barry was so helpful in the designing stages and was able to come into our house and work out the best ways to use the space available and give us a beautifully designed kitchen that we just love. We found Jackson and his team very good to deal with. From first initial enquiry (which was responded to quickly) through to project delivery, Jackson himself made sure all our questions were answered and we were happy each step of the way. When we needed to change things he accommodated pleasantly. His team of tradies were respectful of our space and time and we especially loved his father and son tiling team who did an awesome job of our bathroom. In our opinion we think Jackson provided good value for money and we will definitely be using him again for our next project.

Just had our bathroom renovation completed by the Designline team. We've been customers of Designline in the past, and we didn't hesitate to go back to them this time. Just as before, this project was well managed, and ran pretty much without a hitch. Everyone turned up when they were scheduled to, and little details were taken care of without us having to follow up. Communication with the team was straightforward and any queries we had were followed up quickly. The finished product is exactly what we wanted, and was delivered on time and to budget. Will go with them again for future projects, for sure.

Designline have just finished rebuilding our kitchen. We couldn't be happier. The results have exceeded expectations. The quality, service, efficiency, and ease of communication makes them very easy to recommend. We had to completely knock down and rebuild our old kitchen - primarily because we needed to design a lock-up butler's pantry to limit access to food by our special needs child, but also because it was rubbish. Their designer and sales consultant, Barry, drafted multiple designs to consider. The pricing was reasonable, determined more by the materials selected. A check at comparable pricing from competitors showed they were neither cheap nor expensive. What they did do was facilitate a professional, streamlined and personable process for the complete rebuild. They were open and clear about what was expected by us, and how and when we needed to participate (e.g. arranging to choose tiles, bench-tops and cabinetry, appliances etc). No question was too stupid to answer, and they were always helpful but never pushy. They took exactly 5 weeks across Aug-Sep 2019. They scheduled all the contractors themselves - people they trusted and who were known to be excellent. No one was late, schedules were kept. They were always courteous and cooperative. They cleaned up everything afterwards. We have hosted multiple events since - two which have had over 35 people each! The kitchen meets our every need. Everyone comments on how good it looks. We highly recommend Designline at Padstow. Special thanks to Barry, Barry-the-Gyprocker, Garry, Sam-the-Tiler, Jackson, Jessica and especially Geoff (favourite of the dog and special needs child).

Jackson and his team renovated our main bathroom. We were very happy with the result and with the process to get there. From the start, Jackson and the team were professional, well-organised and knowledgeable. We got good advice on choosing the PC items and the firm's recommended suppliers were excellent. The job went to plan. All the tradies were timely and efficient, and when there were a couple of small things that needed to be followed up, this was done quickly and effectively with no fuss. Overall, we are very pleased we chose Designline and would happily recommend them.

Used Designline to renovate our kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet. Planning and design was completed easily with no issues by Jackson and Barry and the range of layouts and products available was brilliant. We were in a unit on the first floor and we anticipated some issues but the team at Designline were professional and had dealt with them all before which put us at ease. Once the layout and materials were settled upon, the schedule of works was prepared. Due to the scope of the work being done we were required to move out so we wanted it completed on time and as soon as possible without compromising finish and, Jackson and the team met their delivery schedule ahead of time. Renovations never go according to plan and there were a number of issues that required further discussion and mediation throughout the project but this is where I rate the team most highly. Jackson or a suitable team member always returned calls and emails answering my concerns and rectified any issues we had as soon as possible. The end result is something quite unique and special for my wife and I and, with the help of this team, made our unit the functional modern unit we had dreamed of. The whole construction team were clean and professional and the finished product in each and every room is more than we could have expected in such an old unit. Special mention to the Electrician Andrew with whom I had a number of meetings to ensure our electrical layout would work as we had envisaged. Andrew's assistance was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He returned after completion of the project and ensured we were happy with the finished product. Designline rate so highly for mine as they used qualified trades with great customer service skills on my job. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Can not recommend them enough!... Very professional, exceptionally managed and made what most describe as a stressful process easy and enjoyable. The app used allows me to see the progress of the schedule in real time and was able to communicate with the team and get a response almost immediately. Loved the protection laid throughout the main thoroughfare for my existing tiles... kitchen and powder room now look amazing... will use this amazing team again for the 3 bathrooms upstairs no doubt!
