After working with Designline last year for a major and successful remodel of my kitchen, I did not bother to look elsewhere when deciding to remodel my en suite bathroom.

At the end of May Designline started work at our home. We were updating a bathroom and a tiny laundry and getting rid of a brick arch way leading to a bar. We needed to close up to external doors and put in 2 larger windows, reusing the bricks from the internal brick wall. Jackson was extremely professional at all meetings, Jessica and Victoria were great to deal with on the front desk and Garrie and his team who were here for 6 weeks were professional, friendly and experts. Its hard to believe that several months on I still smile every time I go into my new large well planned laundry. And the new bathroom - despite being a small space it now looks and feels spacious. What is the Difference Between a Kitchen Remodel and Renovation?

When it comes to Designline services, we prefer the term renovation rather than remodel, as this captures the extensiveness of our work. Whilst a remodel may just entail a few superficial changes here and there, a renovation typically strips out the old and reinvents the space, leaving very few original elements, other than perhaps the fridge!

Do You Supply Materials for My Kitchen Renovation?

Yes, we supply all custom-made cabinetry and made-to-measure glass for splashbacks. We can supply sinks and tapware (butler sinks are especially popular), but typically, our customers buy such items at the same time they purchase their other new appliances. Whilst clients are free to source from any supplier they choose, we often recommend Winning Appliances, as we have dealt with them for many years. We refer clients to our preferred suppliers to provide the best kitchen splashback tiles.

Should I Select New Kitchen Appliances Straight Away?

It is always best to get your appliances to suit your design, not the other way around. We suggest starting with your design consultation and quote, as this will determine your budget capacity for your appliances once you know how much the actual kitchen renovation is. Most importantly, you will have fewer layout limitations and more design options, as we are not determined by appliance specifications. Designline can, of course, work with existing appliances as our cabinetry is all custom.

Do You Do the Whole Renovation or Offer Additional Building Work Services?
