Designline have recently completed our kitchen, which we are extremely pleased with!The Staff were helpful professional and efficient.The only comment I could make is that there was no Project Manager as such, which I feel would have been beneficial. Designline have also completed two of our bathrooms previously, all of which were completed to a high standard.

Jessica and the team were absolutely amazing! Communication is vital in these instances and they were super thorough with every detail and option as the process continued. We had no idea what we wanted and are ecstatic with the design and construction of the kitchen, laundry and cabinet they all installed seamlessly. We cannot recommend highly enough Jackson and the team at Designline. Our project involved Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry and the process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Our design requests were met, their project management approach kept us informed throughout and the trades people operated as if they were working on their own house. We also had additional requirements as part of a broader project, and these were easily managed by Designline taking a lot of stress out of the process for us. We had an ensuite completed by Designline Kitchens and Bathrooms. From the beginning to end the process was seamless. Jackson made some suggestions about the layout (moving the entry door) which we adopted and have not looked back. The final outcome is amazing. We are very happy with the finished room. From the design process to the project management of the job; we were kept informed and were told who was coming and when. All the staff were amazing; true professionals in every sense, courteous, respectful, and masters of their individual trades. They communicated well and cleaned up afterwards. They assisted with every aspect of the ensuite. Did I mention Jessica, she is a gem and called us every week to check how the renovation was progressing. The staff function like a closeknit community, actually more like a family. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Designline for your next bathroom or kitchen renovation. Thank you.

We found Designline through word of mouth of a friend. Our experience from the initial consultation to the completion of the build has been seamless, stress free and enjoyable.Jackson and the team were accommodating and showed care throughout the project. As a first time home owner looking to renovate, we were not sure what to expect - but Designline were able to effectively communicate the timeline and processes involved. After the completion of our home, the team at Designline were happy to come out and talk through minor details and variations.Overall, a very satisfying experience for us and very competitive - as we had received 3 other quotes. We spent a lot of time looking for the right people to help with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. Designline were the only group to turnaround free quotes with full 3d drawings and a comprehensive explanation and walkthrough. The service lead by Jackson and Barry from the very start was great and gave us the confidence to proceed.The job itself involved removing walls, redesigning the kitchen, gutting and extending the bathroom. Designline and the team were amazing through the whole process, turning the designs into reality and accommodating our various changes that we requested throughout the project with no fuss. Special shout out to Jessica and Victoria who were available at all times to help out with our requests and answer any questions we had. All the trades were super professional and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, special thanks to Garri, Craig and all of the other trades.We are so happy with the final result (see before and after photos) and would happily recommend Designline to anyone looking to complete a renovation.

Exceeded our expectations. From the time my partner and I were introduced to Jackson and his team it became clear that we chose wisely, based on overwhelmingly positive Google reviews. From the get-go Jackson and his team were 100% professional and the job was managed and completed to exacting standards, reflecting the high quality of the finished job, furthermore Jessica kept us updated every step of the way and all fixtures and accessories were derived and installed as per the schedule provided by Designline - the finished job was completed to such a high standard that we would consider contracting Designline for any future renovations or home improvements. P.S. A shout-out to Tanya at TileArte who also guided us through the process of tile selection, no mean feat as we renovated 4 bathrooms in total over a period of eight weeks.

From design concept working with Barry, numerous calls with Jessica and Victoria (they were constantly keeping me updated on what was happening), and the build, nothing was stressfull. I found all of them to be extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Designline renovated our kitchen, laundry, 3 bathrooms and sanded and polished our floors. The project was delivered on time and to an excellent standard. The office staff were attentive and any queries and concerns were handled in a timely and courteous manner. Jason, the principal, designed a new aluminium window and consulted on its production, the affect was remarkable. The carpenters were very skilled. Above all though, the design of the kitchen is faultless.The only negative: the sub-contractors who sanded and polished the floors were not of the same standard.I would highly recommend this skilled team.

DesignLine renovated our Kitchen, bathroom and powder room.We are very happy with the result, where by stripping the rooms back to the foundations and then designing and installing contemporary and functional rooms in consultation with us who were novices to all this they have transformed our townhouse into a place where we now enjoy using those rooms, especially the shower with it’s luxurious shower head!The residents in our complex who have seen the photos have all been impressed with the result too.From the outset DesignLine have been professional and flexible, accommodating the sometimes onerous requirements of a strata, and patiently waiting for those processes to go through, even providing guidance along the way, based on their own experience in working with strata committees.Jackson, the lovely and ever patient Jessica and Victoria, Barry, Craig and Garri and all their skilled tradies have all been really easy to work with, and responsive to our requests.Where there have been any issues I have been impressed with their integrity, as they would fix them at their own expense.Completing an extensive renovation can be stressful and even scary however I would recommend this company as being a professional outfit who are committed to delivering the result that they promise.There are possibly cheaper places out there however in the end I think they have saved us money, advising us against doing things that other companies had recommended, such as staying with gas appliances as electrical would have involved a significant outlay, as well as the advising us to work on getting strata approval before doing anything, due to replacing the waterproofing, which cost them a lot of time but could have been a real problem for us if we didn’t do that.Very happy to recommend these guys.

Jessica and Victoria kept in touch and made sure all was running on track and followed up on any queries straight away.The team who did the work were professional, they turned up on time and to schedule, communicated, cleaned up, made suggestions and really took our vision and made it a reality.From the quoting and design, through the measuring, support in choosing all the cabinetry and fixtures and then to the carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, installation, plastering, finishing and overall project management, it was all a great experience.I would highly recommend them and we are now looking at bathroom renos!

We have recently completed a quite complex renovation, involving moving a couple of walls, replacing a 4 metre beam, as well as a new kitchen, laundry and powder room.Designline offered all the necessary skills, with excellent tradesmen, who provided quality work and were prompt, tidy and professional. The entire process from first contact was fantastic, including design advice, detailed plans, a schedule which was adhered to, with great communication from the entire Designline team.We are extremely pleased and proud of our end result!

We've just finished a kitchen and laundry and are very happy. From start to finish the service was great. The designer (Barry) listened to what we wanted, was happy to make changes to suit plus came up with some great ideas of his own. The communication was uniformly excellent, schedules were stuck to and variations and unexpected issues managed efficiently and without fuss. My experience with Designline has been second to none. From first contact until hand over (and beyond!) we have been treated with courtesy, professionalism and care. I engaged Designline to do my kitchen initially, but when the contractor I already had in place for my bathroom pulled put, Designline came to my rescue to include a new bathroom in my job as well. Jackson had a very tight deadline to work with, and even though there were some surprises along the way, he moved mountains to deliver on time. (Shout out to Craig who was an absolute machine on the day before we moved back in!) I received courtesy calls every time a trade was turning up, and weekly check ins from Jess to see if I had any issues. We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, and are looking forward to having Jackson's team back to do our laundry. I would unreservedly recommend Designline. They have exceeded all expectations!

My wife and I commissioned Designline Kitchens-Bathrooms to design and install a new kitchen, a butler’s pantry and a bathroom/powder room.Designline were recommended to us by two families who were very happy with their work.For those who prefer not to read long reviews, suffice to say that two months after the work has been completed, we have started discussing with Designline work on our main bathroom and ensuite.Our experience with Designline started with Jackson (Bathroom specialist and company owner) and Barry (Kitchen specialist) vising our home to discuss our needs. They listened attentively to our ideas and offered suggestions and advice as needed. Conceptual designs and preliminary costings were quickly prepared and after a short period of time when adjustments were made to suit our needs, a final design and quotation were offered.To ensure that the designs were accurate, a Designline auditor visited our home to survey the areas and document detailed measurements.Once we signed the contract, we received a comprehensive and detailed project plan, outlining each task, the name of the tradesman and the start and completion date. The work included the demolition of a wall and erecting a dividing wall and installing a sliding door for the Butler’s pantry.From this date on, our contacts were Jessica Mikhael and Victoria Harb. Nothing was too much trouble for either of these two ladies. They were very pleasant to deal with, always and immediately responsive to any phone call or email query, able to resolve any issue quickly with no fuss. They co-ordinated the tradesmen and kept us informed of the tasks ahead. They simply made us feel like we were in very good hands. They are an absolute credit to Designline.Craig started the work, by laying floorboards to cover the paths that will be used by the tradesmen. This ensured that throughout the work, our home was almost dust free and relatively clean. Within a day after Craig’s visit, the old kitchen and bathroom were completely stripped out and all rubbish removed on the same day.We were very happy with all the tradesmen and their work. Each of them appeared to take real pride in their work and made us feel like they were all part of one big family seriously committed to doing a good job. Each of them made a point of cleaning the areas where they worked before leaving.Special mention should be made of Garri who looked after all the carpentry work and coordinated many of the other tasks, Dylan who did most of the installation work, Maroun who did an excellent job with all the tiling, Trent who managed the plumbing work, Peter who managed the painting and Andrew who managed the electrical work with his team.As with all major projects, we needed to ask for some minor additional work. This was no problem for Jessica who within a day, was able to quote on the cost and prepare a variation of contract and the additional work was quickly added to the project plan.We would highly recommend Designline with no hesitation.

We engaged Designline to renovate two large bathrooms concurrently in our Federation house. We are very pleased with the result and the process getting there. A key to the success of the project is that Jackson Mikhael the designer was also the project manager and there was one person clearly in charge of the entire project from conception to completion. Any minor issue was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The office administration staff were helpful and efficient and there was excellent coordination and scheduling of the various trades. All the tradespeople involved were clearly committed to delivering a quality result. We would mention particularly the tilers who did an exceptional job in laying very large tiles from the floor to our 3m high ceilings. There was a huge amount of attention to detail. The in-house carpenters were skilled and the independent contractors who do most of the work for Designline worked as a team. Designline do not cut corners and do things the correct way. Their pricing is reasonable considering the work involved to achieve a quality and durable result. We would certainly use Designline again and in fact would not bother looking elsewhere.We recommend Designline unreservedly.
