Scope of Renovation Works
The renovation works included:
- Extending the kitchen area to improve flow, storage, and workstation space
- Structural modifications to internal walls, external door, and windows
- Installing new tiled flooring from the front entry through to the kitchen and rumpus room to create a clear visual flow throughout the home
- Combining two rooms into one with a new partition wall
- Merging two existing windows into a single, larger window to create a cleaner, more open feel
- Enlarging the opening to the outdoor deck with a new stacker door, enhancing the indoor–outdoor connection
Each element was carefully planned to ensure the finished space felt cohesive, functional, and effortless to move through.
